depression ka shikaar hai. Young person par achhi job ka parivaar sambhalane
ka, to bacho par padhai ka, to womens par ghar aur bahar sambhalane ka pressure

Symptoms of Depression
- Har dam chup-chaap aur udaas rehna.
- Sharir aur dimaag thakaa sa lagna.
- Mood mein parivartan anaa.
- Sir mein halka sa dard rehna.
- Baton ko bhulna.
- Niraash rehna.
- Sucide jaise khayaal man mein anaa.
- Nashe ka aadi ho janaa.
- Aalas ka jayaada anaa.
- Ghabrahat aur bechaini jayaada anaa.
- Sabse se alag rehna aur kissi se baat karane ka man na karna.
- Sir mein hamesh dard feel karna.

Depression Se Bachane ke Upaaye
- Apne kaam ke tnaav ko dosto aur parivaar ke bich naa laaye.
- Har roz apne liye samay jaroor nikaale.
- Kuchh activities ka hisaa rahe.
- Sair par jaaye, yog, exercise aadi kare.
- Jo kaam aapko achha lagta ho wo kaam kare.
- Jitna ho sake saraab nashe aadi se door rahe.
- Kabhi kissi kaam se haar na mane, koshish karate rahiye.
- Khud se pyaar karna sikhe kissi aur se apni tulna na kare.
- Negativity se jitna ho sake bache.
Khaan- paan ka dhayaan rakhe
- Jitna ho sake utna paani piye.
- Hari sabjiya, protein walaa khanaa khaaye.
- Falo ka sevan kare.
- Apne khaane ka samay niyamit rakhe.
